Services Provided

I offer web development, design, and related digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Ongoing Maintenance and Support

Project Process

  1. Consultation – We’ll discuss your requirements, goals, and budget.

  2. Quotation & Agreement – I will provide a project quote and expected timeline.

  3. Development – Work will begin after receiving confirmation and any necessary materials.

  4. Revisions – Each project includes a set number of revisions as agreed in writing.

  5. Delivery & Launch – Final files and/or live deployment upon completion and approval.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely project details, content, and assets (e.g., logos, images, text).

  • Ensure that any materials supplied do not infringe on third-party rights.

  • Respond to communications promptly to avoid project delays.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are due as per the agreed terms (e.g., milestone-based, upfront, or Fiverr’s payment process).

  • Late or delayed payments may affect delivery timelines.

Revisions

  • Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the project agreement.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be subject to extra charges.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where work has not yet started or if agreed upon mutually.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered work.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all custom work created specifically for you becomes your property.

  • Any stock images, plugins, or third-party tools remain subject to their original licenses.

Limitation of Liability

  • I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work.

  • I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting providers, plugins, or themes after delivery.

Modifications to Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Services at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
